Privacy Policy
When you purchase our product, you voluntarily provide your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number and credit card information to complete the transaction. We don't store your credit card details. However, we do keep your billing, shipping and order information.
Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our plants that you have received, please contact us at hello@plantsinstead.com.au within 24 hours, and we will do what we can to help.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, but are more than happy to discuss with you prior to your purchase any concerns relating to the correct plant you are after.
Please also note the slight variations with the plants you receive compared to the pictures on this website, that is the nature of nature
Delivery Information
Plants Instead endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-3 business working days of placing your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details given are correct, for secure apartment buildings please let us know what you want us to do if recipient is not home to receive. Plants Instead will not take responsibility should incorrect delivery occur, we do not usually re-deliver.
If you are uncertain there will be someone home, may we suggest you ask us to deliver at a work address. Should we need to go back for undelivered goods due to no one being there to receive, we will need to charge another delivery fee based on what our couriers will charge.
Delivery will only proceed once full payment has been received. Please ensure plants are looked after once delivery has occurred to keep them healthy and happy. And refer to the care information on our website or email us for more details on plant care.
